Jimmy Zientek

Jimmy brings over 25 years of painting industry experience, beginning with a high school job at Benjamin Moore paints in downtown Houston.

Prior to founding C&Z, Jimmy spent 11 years at Sherwin-Williams Paint Co., where he helped develop the texture coating business in the Austin area. He also worked extensively with computer fabrication facilities, helping them develop coating products for their specialized manufacturing needs. In fact, if you bought a Dell computer in the mid 1990s, there's a good chance Jimmy sold the paint that coated the outside.

With that experience, Jimmy specializes in our floor coatings, powder and texture coatings and high-performance coatings for specialty applications. He is also heavily involved in our Multi-Unit painting projects.

Outside of work, Jimmy spends time with his wife and two children. He enjoys attending youth sporting events and sport fishing with friends, family and customers.

Luke Robinson

Luke has been in the painting industry since 1995, when he began working for Sherwin-Williams Paint Company as a delivery driver. Over the next few years, Luke worked his way up to Operations Manager of a large Commercial store. From there, he moved on to be an outside Sale Representative for Pittsburgh, Bruning, and Devoe paints until 2003 when he joined C&Z Enterprises, LLC.

Luke's market sector specialties include commercial painting of Healthcare Facilities, Interior Tenant Finish Out, Industrial Coatings, Commercial Flex Space, Texture Coatings, and Retail Strip Centers and Developments.
